Working with us is smooth and easy. Let's take things one step at a time ...

STEP ONE: Get on board

Call or email us to talk about what you need, why you need it and when it’s needed.

We'll prepare a written quote that includes everything in detail (no surprises). Our quotes are per project, not per hour.

When you're ready to get started, we'll send an invoice for a commencement payment to get things underway.

STEP TWO: Time for take-off

We start with an in-depth project kick-off. We'll email you a short questionnaire then follow up with a face-to-face, phone or video meeting to identify your business goals, vision, values and challenges.

STEP THREE: Flight path

We then map out the project, setting out all the tasks we'll be working on together, the time frames and milestones.

We keep in regular contact with you, providing weekly project updates via email (or phone call if preferred) right through to project completion.

STEP FOUR: Big-picture view

From here, we map out a content strategy that meets the needs of your organisation and your audience. 

STEP FIVE: Words that soar

Armed with a robust content strategy, our lead writer starts writing, turning strategy, ideas and inspiration into words that work. 

STEP SIX: Co-pilot check

We use a unique collaborative writing approach. A second writer then reviews the copy, adding fresh perspective and quality control. It ensures every project receives an extra bit of love! 

STEP SEVEN: Touchdown

We bring it all together to deliver quality content in Google Docs format (MS Word available on request) that will engage and support your audience.

You'll have two rounds of revisions to tweak anything that needs changing before we provide a final draft for production.
